Do you offer free software with PhonoVibe?

Certainly! Each PhonoVibe data acquisition system comes complete with the TVIB Time and Spectrum Analyzer software, seamlessly integrated without any extra charges. TVIB empowers you with in-depth data analysis functionalities, encompassing time and spectrum analysis, as well as data storage, visualization and exporting capabilities.

Do you offer calibration/recalibration of hardware?

Absolutely! Every PhonoVibe data acquisition device is meticulously calibrated at our production facility before being dispatched to our valued customers. Our rigorous calibration process ensures optimal measurement precision and functionality of every signal conditioner, leaving no aspect overlooked. A factory calibration certificate is included, with a validity of 1 year from the date of purchase.

Moreover, we offer the convenience of recalibration services. If you wish to maintain the highest level of accuracy, you can send your device to our facility for recalibration at a nominal cost. This service ensures your equipment continues to deliver reliable and precise results beyond the initial calibration period.

What are the minimum requirements to run TVIB software?

TVIB software will work on almost any PC which can run Windows operating system (32-bit or 64-bit versions). TVIB is compatible with  Windows 10, Windows 11

Recommended PC specifications:

  • Processor: Intel Core i7 with 4 Cores (3rd generation or higher)
  • Memory (RAM): 8 GB
  • Storage: Solid-state drive (SSD)
  • Graphics card: Compatible with DirectX 11
  • Display: 1280×720 (HD Ready)
  • Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit

Are all the sofrware updates free of charge?

Not always. Although the initialy procured licenses are perptual, further updates are free only for the first two years. We release a new major version as required. As TVIB software is very economic, we have kept an AMC amount for our software. All the performance updates, new features, and bug fixes are available for the upgrade by downloading and running the installer from the website. Contact sales@tieraonline.in for getting more detials regarding AMC. 

Do you offer trial/demo license of TVIB?

Yes. We offer a fully unlocked  14 days evaluation version of TVIBE software. You can download the installer and obtain your evaluation license.
